When you follow these tips for two weeks you will be amazed at the difference you will see and feel in your body!
4 Tips to Follow for 2 Weeks
At some point or another you have probably heard EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE TIPS before. That's ok. You have heard them before because they work! The difference is that this time you will not only hear them...you will also adhere to them!
1. Drink at least a gallon of water per day. Before I started drinking a gallon of water per day I'd often feel that I was hungry all day long. I'd often eat way more than my body needed and I also often binged. It is true that USUALLY you are not really hungry when you think you are. Instead, you are usually thirsty. Once I started drinking a gallon of water per day I no longer felt captivated by food and always hungry for the next meal. Try it! I promise it will make a difference!
2. Eat Unprocessed Foods. You have definitely heard this before. I won't go into the details of health benefits of eating unprocessed foods. I will, however, mention that your calories go ALOT further when you are eating fresh vegetables, fruits, and lean protein. Try this - eat 1200 (100-120 lbs woman) -1500 (120 pounds and over women) calories per day. Eat NOTHING that has been processed. If it comes in box, don't eat it! If you can get it from a drive through window, don't eat it! Stay away from sugary foods, white flour, white rice, white pasta and alcohol! No amount of working out will make up for trashy eating! 3. Make your workouts count! Do high intensity intervals. Do heavy lifting! Make sure you get your heart rate racing high and you get up a good sweat. Your workouts should not last more than 30-45 minutes. See my workouts here.
4. Sleep! If you are tired go to bed! Don't sit around eating in order to try to fight fatigue! It is important to get yourself on a consistent sleeping schedule and get at least 6-8 hours of sleep per night.
It's that simple. If you want to quickly and easily drop inches then follow the 4 tips I've laid out.
Again, these tips are all simple and they are all things you have heard before. Let this time be different by actually adhering to the tips. Just try it for only for 2 weeks and then you can take a day off. If the tips worked well for you then hop back on and give them a go for another 2 weeks.!
