Blueberry Protein Smoothie

What You'll Need:

  • 1 container light yogurt.  I use strawberry flavor but any flavor works great!  (approx 60 calories)
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder.  Vanilla flavor works best.  (approx 100 calories)
  • 1 cup whole Blueberries (approx 80 calories)
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1/2 cup Water


Prepare:

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.  Enjoy a flavorful smoothie full of nutrition that will fill you up!  Use as a snack or replace a meal with it!
