All Natural, Gluten Free & Vegan!

What if you could have a guilt free brownie?  Or cookie dough with all natural ingredients?

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownies Recipe

Brownie:

  • 1/2 cup Raw Pecans
  • 1/2 cup Gluten Free Oat Flour (ground oatmeal)
  • 4 tbs Chocolate Vegan Protein Powder
  • 5 Medjool Dates
  • 1/2 Tbs Vanilla
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil

  1. Grind oat meal in a Vitamix (or grinding attachment on a blender).
  2. Add pecans, protein powder, and dates in Vitamix and grind.
  3. Add dates, vanilla, and coconut oil and blend well.
  4. Lay out in a pan.

Cookie Dough:

  • 5 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Coconut Milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Tbs Honey
  • 1 1/2 cups Gluten Free Oat Flour (ground oatmeal)
  • 3 oz Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips

1.  Grind Gluten Free Oats Vitamix (or grinding attachment on a blender) to make the oat flour.

2.  Combine all other ingredients and blend.

3.  Top the brownie mixture with the cookie dough mixture and refrigerate for an hour.
