Stewed Onions, Okra, and Tomatoes

This is a great low calorie side dish full of nutritious freshness!

What You'll Need

  • 1 Cup Sliced Onions
  • 2 Cups Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 Cups Chopped Okra
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp McCormick's Seasoning Salt

Cook It!

Heat Olive Oil in a non-stick skillet.  Add onions and cook until softened.  Add tomatioes and okra.  Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp McCormick's Seasoning Salt (add more if you prefer a salty flavor).  Allow to simmer until okra is soft.
