Tuna on Whole Grain Bread

Easy Tuna Sandwich - Pack and Go!

  • Mix 1 cup of light tuna canned in water (178)
  • 1 Tbsp Hellman's Light Mayo (50)
  • 1 Tbsp Purple Onion - finely chopped
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 2 Slices Whole Grain Bread (I use Nature's Own Sugar Free Whole Grain Bread) (100)

Combine tuna, mayo, onion, salt & pepper.  Stir well.  Spread on Bread.  Enjoy!
