Easy Tuna Sandwich - Pack and Go!
- Mix 1 cup of light tuna canned in water (178)
- 1 Tbsp Hellman's Light Mayo (50)
- 1 Tbsp Purple Onion - finely chopped
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 Slices Whole Grain Bread (I use Nature's Own Sugar Free Whole Grain Bread) (100)
Combine tuna, mayo, onion, salt & pepper. Stir well. Spread on Bread. Enjoy!
