Where to buy
Buy ground turkey in the meat section at your local grocery store. I buy the turkey burgers already pressed and separated so it makes preparation even easier.
Cover a baking pan with non-stick foil. Lay turkey burgers on the foil. Sprinkle worchestershire on the burgers. Sprinkle Cavendar's seasoning on the burgers. Flip the burgers and repeat on the other side.
Place burgers in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Slice one of the burgers in the middle to check if they are done. If there is any pink return the burgers to the oven for another 4-5 minutes.
Only 180 calories per patty!
