Curry Chicken Salad

Easy and Healthy Curry Chicken Salad!

  • 8 oz Baked or Roasted Chicken Breast (260)
  • 2 Tbsp Hellman's Light Mayo (100)
  • Curry Powder to Taste (find this on the seasoning isle at the grocery store)
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Combine chopped chicken breast, Hellman's Light Mayo, and Curry Seasoning and stir until well blended.  The amount of curry you will need will vary with your personal tastes.  Start with 1 tsp and keep adding 1/2 tsp at a time until you reach desired flavor.  Serve with celery or eat it straight from the bowl!
