Start your day with a healthy dose of yogurt, fruit, and granola. Prepare in a disposable container the night before. Refrigerate. Grab and go in the morning!
- 1 container Low Calorie Yogurt. Choose your favorite flavor. I use Activa Light Strawberry (60 calories)
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries (92 calories)
- 1/2 cup blueberries (40 calories)
- 2 Tbsp Granola (80)
In a disposable container add strawberries, blueberries, granola and yogurt. Top with a few extra berries. Refrigerate overnight.
