Avocado and Tomato Salad or Salsa
I eat this for lunch as a salad with no bread of chips but it can also be served as a salsa - makes a great party starter!
- 1/2 Avocado chopped into small chunks
- 1 container cherry tomatoes halved or quartered
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Fresh Basil or lemon juice can be added if desired
