Lower Body HIIT Workout; 30 Minute Challenge Day 4

Today's 30 minute challenge - Jump Rope and Lower Body HIIT Training!

I.  Jump Rope 10 Minutes

II.  Lower Body High Intensity Interval Training.  Perform each exercise for 50 seconds, rest for 10 seconds.  Total 2 rounds/20 minutes.

  1. Jump Squat
  2. Donkey Kick - (Right leg)
  3. Jumping Lunge
  4. Donkey Kick - (Left leg)
  5. Squat & Leg Raise (Right Leg)
  6. Bob & Weave holding 12 lbs weights
  7. Squat & Leg Raise (Left Leg)
  8. Mountain Climbers
  9. Lunge & Toe Tap (Right) - Lunge back with right leg.  As you bring your right leg back up extend the left arm straight out in front of you.  Bring the right leg up and kick it straight out front with toes pointed and tap fingers of extended arm.
  10. Lunge & Toe Tap (Left) - Lunge back with left leg.  As you bring your left leg up extend the right arm straight out in front of you.  Bring the left leg up and kick it straight out front with toes pointed and tap fingers of extended arm.
