I cook turkey loin at least once a week. It is so easy to cook in the oven or on the grill. Turkey is only 140 calories for 4oz but packs in a whopping 30 grams of protein!
Where to Find It
Turkey loin can be found in the meat section at your local grocery story. The packaging looks just like a pork loin.
Slice turkey loin into 1/2 inch thick cuts. Cover a baking pan with non-stick foil. Lay meat directly on the foil - no need for oil or cooking spray. Sprinkle the meat generously with McCormicks Smokehouse Maple seasoning. Turn the meat and sprinkle the other side as well.
Cook in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15-18 minutes. To determine if the meat is done slice one of the thickest pieces and check that there is no pink in the meat.
