I.  10 minutes Jump Rope

II.  Abs; 2 Sets

  • Roll up x 12
  • Military Leg Hold & Breath x 16
  • Military Leg Hold & pulse legs up and down x 16
  • Military Leg Hold & scissor legs x 16
  • Military Leg Hold & open and close legs tapping heels x 16
  • Hold medicine ball in V-seated position, twist side to side tapping ball slightly behind you (obliques) x 30
  • Criss Cross x 32
  • V-sit up x 8
  • Stability ball jack knife x 8
  • Hold Plank & breath x 1 minute

III.  10 minutes Jump Rope

The whole workout took me 38 minutes.  Wow!  It was a tough one.  That jump rope is killer!
