Roasted Asparagus

Cover a baking sheet with non-stick foil.  Spray the foil with Olive Oil cooking spray.  Lay the asparagus in a single layer on the foil.  Lightly spray the asparagus with Olive Oil cooking spray.  Sprinkle the asparagus with a small amount of salt and pepper.  Cook at 375 for 15 minutes.  Flip the asparagus, spray again lightly with Olive Oil cooking spray.  Return to 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.
