Warm Up:  10 laps around the track - some walking, some running

3 Sets Each

I.  Deadlift with 30 lbs bar x 16; Push ups x 16; Long Pull Machine x 16 with 30 lbs

II.  Incline Bench Chest Press x 16, 8lbs; Leaning on Bench - 10 lbs Dumb bell Row x 16; Lying Flat Chest Press x 16, 8 lbs; Bent over lateral raise x 16, 5lbs

40 Minutes Elliptical machine
