Legs, Butt, Cardio (Treadmill Incline)

Warm Up:  Jump Rope 5 minutes

3 Sets Each

I.  Split Lunges x 16 each Leg; Calf Raises x 16; Roll back & Stand x 8; 3 Minutes Treadmill Incline

II.  Toes out Calf Raises x 16; Ball Butt Raises x 16; Squat holding 15 lbs Dumb bell x 16; 3 Minutes Treadmill Incline

III.  Hams - Pull ball in with heels x 16; Donkey Kicks x 32 (16 slow, 16 pulse); Plie Squats holding 15 lbs Dumb bell x 16; 3 Minutes Treadmill Incline

30 Minutes treadmill incline.  Set the treadmill on speed of 4, incline 10-12.  Climb for 4 minutes.  Lower speed and incline and recover for 1 minute.  Repeat for 30 minutes.
