III.  24 CrissCross (shoulder to knee); 24 Single Leg Lifts; 12 Double Leg Lifts; 1 minute jump rope

IV.  12 V Seated In-Out; 12 V Seated Side-Side; 12 Count V Seated Hold; 1 minute jump rope  

5 minutes jump rope

30 minutes cardio of your choice!
